- March is Employee Appreciation Month – work with your company’s HR team to launch this in your workplace.
- Imagine if you did this in your home and posted “Shout Outs” for great things you see your kids and spouse doing, and vice versa.
- Pro-Tip: If you want your kids to notice anything you’ll have to Snap this to them, or post it on Tik Tok or something. Good luck!
